Our Staff Team
Miss Kacey Manager and Forest School Leader
Tadpoles was my first work place after I qualified and got my level 3 diploma in childcare and I loved it! I left Tadpoles to work with babies and absolutely loved that too. However my heart was always in Tadpoles and after I went on maternity leave after having my daughter I made the decision to come back and book my daughter in to start too!
I am a very family orientated person and love being outside! Christmas is my favorite time of year and I love to go on walks with my family all year round but at this time the most. I have also just recently refreshed my first aid training.
Miss Pat Manager and Senco.
I have lived and worked in the local community for many years. I started working in a pre-school when my own children were young and over the years continued to train and work in many different aspects of childcare. This has included setting up before and after school and running play schemes. I am a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner, with an NVQ in Playwork and a Level 3 diploma in Pre-School Practice. I am also trained in first aid.
Miss Sue Third in charge
I have a level 3 qualification in childcare and have lots of experience working with children in pre-schools. I am really passionate about working with children and families and I enjoy working in the outdoors and up at Forest school. I have just completed my first aid training too.

I live locally with my husband and two children. We moved to Blackwater from London and everyone made us feel very welcome. There is a great sense of community in the local area and I feel this is reflected within Tadpoles. I am a Level 3 qualified practitioner with an NVQ in Children’s Development and Learning and am also first aid trained.

I am passionate about the outdoors and enjoy playing in the garden and up at forest school, teaching the children how to look after the bugs, plants and animals that we find. I have recently completed my First aid training too!
Miss Kelly Fowler Childcare Practitioner
I have been in childcare for 5 years after previously being in the catering industry. I love watching the children use their imaginations to create all different kinds of arts and crafts and also to problem solve in the mathematics area. I also have two daughters of my own who are in school now but in our spare time I like us all to try and keep fit and healthy by going on long walks and being outside! I also enjoy BMF training which is a military program to keep fit which I do 3 times a week and I also enjoy doing all sorts of races such as the Brutal race! I am level 3 qualified in childcare and also have my first aid training up to date!
