Our Staff Team
Miss Kacey Manager and Forest School Leader
Tadpoles was my first work place after I qualified and achieved my level 3 diploma in childcare and I loved it! I left Tadpoles to work with babies and absolutely loved that too. However my heart was always in Tadpoles and after I went on maternity leave after having my daughter I made the decision to come back and book my daughter in to start too!
I am a very family orientated person and love being outside! Christmas is my favorite time of year and I love to go on walks with my family all year round but at this time the most. I am also the forest school leader here at Tadpoles which I really enjoy and I am first aid trained too!
Miss Pat Manager and Senco.
I have lived and worked in the local community for many years. I started working in a pre-school when my own children were young and over the years continued to train and work in many different aspects of childcare. This has included setting up before and after school and running play schemes. I am a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner, with an NVQ in Playwork and a Level 3 diploma in Pre-School Practice. I am also trained in first aid.
Miss Maria Third in Charge
I live locally with my husband and two children. We moved to Blackwater from London and everyone made us feel very welcome. There is a great sense of community in the local area and I feel this is reflected within Tadpoles. I am a Level 3 qualified practitioner with an NVQ in Children’s Development and Learning and am also first aid trained.
Miss Jessie Childcare
I have a level 6 qualification in childcare and have really enjoyed working with Tadpoles whilst being a member of bank staff. I have built up a good relationship with all of the children and Tadpoles team and really enjoy Forest School!
Miss Zara Level 3 Childcare Practitioner
Miss Kelly Fowler Childcare Practitioner
I have been in childcare for 5 years after previously being in the catering industry. I love watching the children use their imaginations to create all different kinds of arts and crafts and also to problem solve in the mathematics area. I also have two daughters of my own who are in school now but in our spare time I like us all to try and keep fit and healthy by going on long walks and being outside! I also enjoy BMF training which is a military program to keep fit which I do 3 times a week and I also enjoy doing all sorts of races such as the Brutal race! I am level 3 qualified in childcare and also have my first aid training up to date!
Miss Emily Childcare Practitioner
I have my Early years, Psychology and education level 6 in Childcare and I am a childcare practitioner at Tadpoles.
I am passionate about the outdoors and enjoy playing in the garden and at forest school, teaching the children how to look after the bugs, plants and animals that we find. I am also First aid trained too!
Miss Holly Childcare Practitioner
I have been a nanny for many years working with many different families of which I really loved! I have two boys of my own one of which who previously attended Tadpoles and now my second one who has just started. I have always loved working with children and feel that this is the most rewarding job to be in and I really enjoy it. I have my level 3 qualification in childcare and education and my first aid training is up to date!
