At Tadpoles we have a highly qualified SEN team. Miss Chloe and Miss Kelly. They are both qualified Senco's along with Miss Kacey who offers lots of support to the Sen team when needed. Our named SENCO'S though are Kelly and Chloe, if you have any concerns, queries or questions please do always ask to speak to either of these members of staff who will be happy to help. At Tadpoles we adapt our setting to suit the cohort of children we have. If you have questions on the suitability and accessibility of our setting for your child's specific needs please do not hesitate to ask any questions via telephone 01276402588 or email enquiries@tadpolescommunitypreschool.com as there may be things we can put in place or even certain training we can go on before they start to ensure we have everything covered to ensure we provide an environment that is suitable and enables your child to be the best they can be! We will always offer you to come and visit the setting before you are even asked to fill out a booking form too, to see if we are the right fit for you and your family. This is very important to us at Tadpoles.

Kelly, Chloe and Kacey have all been working in childcare for many years in various settings giving them a wealth of experience. At Tadpoles we believe we are always learning and we value good quality training to support us to support the children to be the best they can be.

Kelly, Chloe and Kacey have a list of different courses they are eager to go on but between them all they have completed the following so far:

-SENCO

-Send code of practise

-Encouraging positive behaviour

-ADHD awareness

-Autism awareness

-Makaton Training

and soo many more!

Kelly and Chloe also keep up to date with everything SEN as they go on termly meetings with other SENCOS in the local area too where they learn new techniques' and bring back fantastic ideas. We always reflect on our practise and look for ways to improve even further.
